Ingredients

  • Lemon Balm Tea (loose leaf or tea bags)

    I love using the Traditional Medicinals tea bags. Or try loose leaf from your local tea shop or grow your own in your garden!

  • Optional - Add fresh mint, honey, lemon/orange

INSTRUCTIONS

Brew tea according to directions on box or steep loose leaf tea in hot water for 8-10 mins. Strain and let cool. Transfer to a air tight glass container and refrigerate. Serve over ice, with an optional mint spring or citrus slice.
